Shipping

Orders placed before 2pm AEST are processed the same business day.

Australia: 7–14 business days
International: 10–21 business days

Free shipping on orders of two wallets or more. Single wallets ship for a flat $8 within Australia.

Every order is tracked and insured end to end. Tracking goes out the moment it ships. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we reship at our cost, not yours.

International customers may be charged customs duties or import fees by their own country. Those aren't included in the price and we have no way to pay them on your behalf.

Returns

30 days from delivery, for any reason. You don't need to photograph anything or explain yourself.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. We'll send return instructions and an address. Once the wallet is back with us we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return postage is on you unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong — in which case it's on us. We'd suggest a tracked service either way.

The photo inserts

The six blank inserts are consumable and aren't part of a return. Refill packs of twelve are available separately.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges — return the original and place a new order for the hero you'd rather have. It's faster than it sounds.
