RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Pen Pal (aipenpal.net). We want you to be completely satisfied with your PenPal AI Scanning Smart Pen purchase.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your PenPal AI pen arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been used, modified, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return. Gift cards are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, then contact us for assistance.
